The R. A. Williams Library customer satisfaction survey is conducted during each spring trimester. The results help guide the creation and revision of the library's strategic plan.
The results of the survey for 2015-2019 are currently available for review. For each year, there is a summary of the survey results, a report of the closed-ended questions, and a report of the open-ended questions. Access to survey results is restricted to AHU students and employees.
